CV meeting 12/7: D/s - theory and practice with Jeff Mach

As always, the meeting is going to be Monday [TEMPLATE_0], from 8 to 10 pm, on Columbia's campus, Hamilton 509. Helps to have a map. The weather's gonna be high 40s dry and not too windy.

Here's the event description by Jeff himself:

I'm going to talk about, and demonstrate, some ways of finding, exploring, seeking, and building using D/s and D/s dynamics. I hope you'll excuse me if I quote myself - but I want to get this event posted, and this piece of writing gives a good idea of the sorts of things I plan to talk about:

Any fist can bruise a chest. All you need is a bit of training, a fist, and two appropriate bodies. But that's never the fist that I've wanted.

The fist I've always sought, when I am striking a partner, starts inside. If you've ever thought you've seen that punch start in the air and land on the body, you've caught an optical illusion.

The best fist begins inside ribs and tears its way out. That's why there's that concussive echo that goes up through your skull and kicks the back of your knees. That's why you think you can smell your own blood; it's splashing up into your face. That's why your heart feels torn open. Because your heart is being torn open.

Hope to see you all there!
